Return Window
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in their original condition, and in original packaging where applicable.
How to Start a Return
- Contact us at our Contact page with your order number and reason for return.
- We'll provide return instructions within 1–2 business days.
- Ship the item back using a trackable shipping method.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll process your refund within 5–7 business days. Refunds are issued to your original payment method.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Gift cards
- Items marked as final sale
- Personalized or custom-made items
Damaged or Wrong Items
If you received a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us immediately and we'll resolve it at no cost to you.
